Information : What we do… HighLightPhotos is a freelance photography enterprise in Ventura county specializing in public and private sporting events. With over 10 years experience in photography, you can be assured of expert coverage of your event using professional grade digital cameras and lenses, accurate post-processing and custom development and cropping for the best print output and custom montages and posters. Hire a Pro… Coverage Assignments Rates Interested in action shots of your player? Hire a Pro! You can hire a HighLightPhotos photographer to exclusively photograph your players. We will focus on the players you ask us cover using the pricing structure listed below. The images will be posted in online galleries and you will receive between 5-10 5”x7” prints of the best images. Fee Structure Number Players Fee for each 1-2 $60 3 $50 4 $40 >5 $35 Alternatively, you can arrange for HighLightPhotos to cover a game for a "photographer’s fee" (similar to a portrait photographer's sitting fee) of $150 plus the cost of prints. You may then choose to purchase individual photos at reduced rates from the website, or obtain the high resolution digital image files of all the photos on a CD at additional cost. Please note that under this format we will focus on the action in a game and not individual players, therefore we cannot guarantee equal coverage for all players. IMPORTANT SITE INFORMATION HighLightPhotos is sensitive to parental concerns and has an active policy and procedure to get photos removed. In the event a client has concerns regarding the web-based galleries, we have taken the following steps and policies: No pictures in the galleries and albums are downloadable. The only way to get a picture is to purchase a print of it. Any time a picture is purchased, we receive notification of the purchase. If a parent does not want their child's pictures made available to them we will remove them and permanently destroy all digital photographs/files where their child is the primary subject. If the child is a secondary or tertiary subject and all sets of parents agree we will destroy those photos as well. Once the digital images are destroyed, they cannot be recovered for printing at a later date. To have photos removed please contact HighLightPhotos with the following information: Date of the game Team Name and Player Number Gallery Name and File Number Upon receipt of this information we will remove the photos within 2 days.
